Digital Coordinator - Bamford, London Head Office

We are looking for a Digital Coordinator to join our marketing team in our head office in South Kensington, London.

About the role

As Digital Coordinator you will support the Marketing & Digital Manager in growing Bamford’s social media engagement and contribute to increasing ecommerce sales in line with targets. The successful candidate will play an integral role in shaping the future of Bamford’s digital activity.

Main Responsibilities

– Support marketing and digital manager with seasonal web product upload and day to day tasks.

– Social media calendar management including sourcing imagery and video content creation.

– Social media content coordination, scheduling posts and responding to comments in a timely and professional manner.

– Developing social media strategy, tone of voice and reporting framework.

– Website product page merchandising.

– Support with weekly email newsletter communications to our database.

– Weekly competitor research and awareness of digital trends.

– Reporting and testing.

– Idea generation and creative thinking.

About You

– Understanding of Bamford’s culture and business goals.

– 2 to 3 years’ experience in beauty, clothing or wellness industry a plus.

– Solid understanding of social media strategy and content creation.

– Technical experience in using a CMS such as Contentful/Shopify.

– Proficient in Microsoft suite, good analytics and excel skills.

– Ability to work on multiple projects to deadlines.

– Self-motivation and team spirit.

– Creative, innovative and proactive.

Administrative Assistant - Bamford, London Head Office

Our Bamford family is growing, and we are looking for a talented and passionate Administrative Assistant to join us at our Bamford Head Office, in South Kensington. With amazing career progression, we will train and develop you every step of the way to be the best that you can be with the opportunity to build your career with us.

Full time contract, Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm.

About you

You will be assisting and supporting Retail Operation Manager with their daily schedule and projects by providing administrative support while being flexible to support production team when necessary. You will be accountable for all stock allocations as well as keeping good communication levels with all stores while frequently liaising with a number of internal and external parties including suppliers, warehouse and various department within the company. Good Microsoft Office skills are essential along with an understanding of supply chain systems.

Main responsibilities

• Work closely with Production, Supply Chain and Distribution to pro-actively resolve supplier and invoicing issues and discrepancies.

• Manage stock allocation to all stores and Head office.

• Monitoring stock transactions and maintains inventory at all locations.

• Preparing handouts and communicating procedures to retails staff.

• Liaise with the warehouse regarding any stock queries and necessary purchase order amendments.

• Dealing with all repair request from stores by leasing with production manager.

• Setting up new products on all systems.

• Supporting production manager in preparing excel record of seasonal product setup

Haybarn Spa & Massage Therapists(Full & Part time positions. Daylesford Farm, Gloucestershire)

As a Spa or Massage Therapist you will be required to perform the Bamford face and body treatment protocols after full training. Our spa environment is a beautiful, tranquil and healing space and all treatments reflect this and the Bamford philosophy. You will follow this philosophy to the highest professional standard.

About You

You will have the following skills and attributes:

Minimum NVQ 3 qualified or equivalent – 3+ years’ experience in a five-star spa environment – Good conversational and written English – Motivated, flexible and a driven attitude – Impeccable grooming – Excellent attention to detail – Ability to deliver in a pressurised environment
